Analysis
Any number of ways can be used to communicate cybersecurity and other best IT practices to a global workforce, including web, social media, print, lobby displays, even bricks (into which we don't want cyberattacks to convert our computers). You are looking at an example of my web work. Another example is the Project Lives site.
Any number of ways can be used to make sense of relationships. Current trends include using analytics to delve into big data sets and displaying results with infographics.

Program
Development
Conceiving and implementing programs in large organizations involves covering a lot of bases. Project Lives was built on a program my colleagues and I brought to the housing agency.

Writing, Copyediting,
and Editing
Though often couched as distinct skills, I've found that they complement each other very well. The better I copyedit, the better I wind up writing. Doing all this for a global audience, as at the UN and Ogilvy, is a special challenge. Performing these functions at Memorial Sloan Kettering during a pandemic is now taking my game to a new level.

Product
Development
As they say, think outside the box. Designing collector transit farecards can prove enormously profitable, as customers never redeem really special cards for rides but keep them past the card expiration date. Branded cardholders push the envelope in other ways. And Guide-a-Ride shows you can never be too transparent about the service you provide.

Transportation and
Logistics
The key to Amazon's success. But robotics aren't necessary to achieve dramatic supply chain savings. Pushing the nation's largest and most complex transit system into a just-in-time mode saved hundreds of millions that was plowed back into service provision to passengers.
